Remember, even if an individual item is eligible for free shipping, your total order must exceed $150 to benefit from this offer. The choice of courier service for complimentary shipping is at the discretion of The Nick's Aquarium.
To minimize prices, we offer fixed $12.50 shipping costs for dry goods under $150 only around Australia.

Dispatch times are generally 24-48 hours after an order is processed and packed (special order items may take up to 7 days to be dispatched from the store or warehouse). The freight company cannot deliver to Australia Post-owned buildings - post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers, or parcel collect locations.
Livestock sent with road freight are only shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure they are delivered before the weekend. Air freight orders are sent on Thursday nights only for pick-up on Friday mornings unless other arrangements have been made. (Note: Livestock cannot be sent with Australia Post.)
