Nick's Aquarium's Rewards Program is a loyalty program designed for customers of Nick's Aquarium. For the purposes of these terms and conditions (hereinafter "program rules" or "rules"), "you," "your," and "Member" refer to you as a participant in the Program. The term "Account" pertains to your Program membership account, and "PROGRAM NAME" denotes the rewards you earn through the Program. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, terminate, or change the Program rules, including but not limited to altering Reward levels, changing the terms for using Rewards, or modifying or terminating the Program, with a 14-day notice. Members do not acquire property rights in accrued Rewards. By joining the Program, you agree to adhere to these rules and regulations.
Membership
Membership in the Program is for individuals only. Individuals must enroll separately and cannot combine points with other Members. Wholesalers, Retailers, and Maintenance Companies are ineligible for membership. Members are limited to one Program account and must provide all relevant information, including their legal name, billing address, phone number, and email address. Account-specific information will be sent via email to the primary email address provided. Members are responsible for promptly notifying Nick's Aquarium of any changes to their email or physical address. Nick's Aquarium reserves the right to cancel the membership of any Member with no points in their account or a Member who has not earned points for at least 12 consecutive months.
Earning Program Rewards
Members earn points equal to 5% (five percent) of qualifying purchases of any product at Nick's Aquarium. For instance, a purchase of $100.00 in qualifying goods, excluding shipping, would earn a member 100 points. Each point can be redeemed for $0.05 usable towards future purchases of products and/or shipping at Nick's Aquarium. Only purchases of products or live stock excluding Gift Certificates , from Nick's Aquarium are eligible for earning Rewards. Points can only be earned by the individual whose name appears on the Program account. Points cannot be transferred from one Member’s account to another. To earn points for each Nick's Aquarium purchase, Members must be logged into their account. If you checkout as a Guest, we will be unable to add the points to your Member account. If points are credited to a Member for the purchase of a product which is later returned, the Reward associated with that product will be cancelled and deleted from the Member’s account. Reships and Credits on File are excluded from earning points.
Redeeming Your Points
Points can be redeemed for the purchase of any product, excluding Gift Certificates items on sale, at Nick's Aquarium, as well as shipping, associated with any purchase. Members can use their points to pay for all or part of an order and will be offered the option at checkout to apply their points towards a purchase. The portion of any purchase paid for using points is not eligible for additional points. Where a Member pays for an order with both points and currency, the Member will accumulate additional points only on the portion of the purchase made with currency.
Additional Program Rules and Regulations
In addition to the points program, Nick's Aquarium may periodically offer "bonus" Rewards or promotional incentives for Members. Rewards may not be sold, purchased, brokered, or bartered. Rewards have no cash value and are void if sold, purchased, brokered, or bartered. All transactions in the Program are subject to review and adjustment. Nick's Aquarium may cancel the Member’s account, Promotional Rewards, or any purchase if misuse or violation of Program rules is suspected.
