Returns Policy

Our adherence to the ACCC regulations and Australian Consumer Law safeguards your rights as a consumer in Australia. Please find below the terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you Change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a Major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item for you.

CHANGED YOUR MIND ON ITEM If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us with 14 days of date of purchase (it happens, we are all human), we exchange those products for a Gift card/ Gift Voucher Which they were acquired subject to the following conditions: Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase The item is in resalable condition including It is in its original packet, including instruction manuals and all accessories; It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition; Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us in Store
